BET internet ADSL2+

Hi I have BET Bt internet and am having problems. I have rang Bt and they don't seem to have a clue about bet internet. Can anyone give me a number at Bt that can help me with this specific internet service please

Hi Mccarragher22,

As far as I can find out the main helpdesk can look at and investigate the line for problems with the speed, the only difference is, that if we need to send an engineer out to look at the line it needs to be a BET trained engineer.
