Below is some information on common error codes from BT Access Manager. I will add more to the list over time - let me know if there are any error codes you encounter.

Error 12166: No response from the 'HUAWEI Mobile Connect - 3G Modem' mobile device

Causes

  • SIM card may not be correctly configured

Solution

  • Contact the Helpdesk to check your SIM configuration

Error 31052: Failure during mobile device initialisation

Causes

  • A issue with BT Access Manager 1.9.84.0 can cause this message to appear

Solution

  • Upgrade to the latest version of BT Access Manager, which can be found here

13001 Dial-Up Networking has been disconnected, Error <reason_code>: <reason_text>

Causes

The reason code and text are generated by Windows. Causes include:

  • Another software dashboard is conflicting with BT Access Manager
  • Mobile network coverage is insufficient to maintain a connection
  • SIM card is not configured correctly

Solution

  • Shutdown any other software dashboards that might be running
  • Move to a location with better mobile network coverage
  • Contact the helpdesk to check your account status

does not list BT Manager Error code 32, please advise

Can you please provide some more information about the "error code 32" problem that you are having.

 

What OS, version of client and mobile device are you using. Are there any other error codes or messages displayed with this?

I have updated software to BT Access Manager - Windows PC users (version 1.9.94.0). I now get error code 12015.

I also get the following pop ups -

‘please wait while windows configures blue tooth software’

‘please execute setup.exe for installation or upgrade’.

 

I have tried removing and reinstalling all BT access manger program 3 times. Every time I get this error code and blue tooth pop ups. Any ideas on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated?
