Hello
I am using BT Billing Analyst version 2.08 on Windows 7 SP1 Enterprise x64.
When I am trying to import a BT OneBill, I am selecting the zip file to open, and then selecting 'New Project File' and giving the file a name. But when I click import I get the following
1/1 Create Project Completed
1/1 Apply Call Tagging Completed
1/1 Create Archive ...
Then an information box
'Project is not a valid Analyst project'.
Any suggestions? Or is there anywhere to download a blank project file as a workaround?
