I have just switched to using the VOIP service. On my "normal" BT line with Call Diversion, I could setup a single "shortcut" button on my business phone that would cause Call Minder to answer all messages immediately - i.e. it dialled "*21*9157572#".
This is similar to calling into Call Minder (1571), selecting option 2, and then having an "option 3" available to select how many rings before answering.
I am now told that this is not available on VOIP. Instead I have to login to a "Phone Settings" URL ( https://www.bbv-youraccount.com/Login.jsp), which doesn't have the option to save phone number/password so have to type 21 keys every time, select "Receiving Calls", select "Voicemail", then change number of seconds before Call Minder will answer.
So every time I leave my office and want my calls picked up immediately, I have to go through an awful browser/keying process. Not only that, when I get back I then have to reset back.
(p.s. if I key #21# I get the message that "Call Diversion is cancelled", but it wasn't).
It would be REALLY nice to know why VOIP does not provide a feature available on "normal" busienss lines.
