Trying to find line speed, noise margins and all the other interesting stats related to my Infinity connection.
Using the Business Hub 3, from the management interface I browse to -
Settings- Advanced Settings - Broadband connection.
But all I see in here is a summary in similar format to this:
Internet Connection Configuration
Connection Information
Connection time:
Data Transmitted/Received (GB):
Broadband username:
Password:
TCP/IP settings
Broadband network IP address:
Default gateway:
Primary DNS:
Secondary DNS:
MTU
Am i looking in the wrong place, I have been through the whole interface and dont see any other options.

Within the BT routers you are not able to see the SNR figures for your line. Why are you looking to get this information?

I have intermittent connection issues on one of my Infinity lines, few times per day the connection will either drop where web addresses take 20-30 seconds to resolve, and not everytime but sometimes the broadband indicator on the hub goes red.
I wanted SNR info for troubleshooting, as I have checked most everything else I can think of.

if you contact them helpdesk they might be able to get this information for you, I know we can get it for ADSL lines not sure about Fibre(infinity) lines.
