Can someone tell me what is the latest version of firmware for the BH3 ? - I currently have have 4.7.5.1.83.8.94.1.37 (Type A) though am suffering lock-up problems whereby the device freezes to the point where I can only recover by completely powering down.
I really hope there's a solution to his soon!

Hi Guys
this is a known issue, try enabling UPnP in the port forwarding section of the hub.
Once this is done monitor that for the next 72 hours to see if there is any change.
Its also worth while moving any electrical equipment away from the Hub.
I know some people like the hub to sit on top of their computer moving this to a clear section of your desk, or in to a comms cupboard should help to resolve this issue.
If you have tried both of these steps and you are still having an issue please contact us
Hope this helps

UPnP has always been enabled on my Hub 3 since I got it (as far as I know) and mine still freezes up once in a while. Even though the status lights indicate all is OK, there is actually no internet connection plus I can't connect to the hub and only option is to switch off and on. Very furstrating since I never had this issue with my Hub 2 (my Hub3 being located in exactly same place as Hub2 and not near a PC). I only got the Hub 3 when I renewed my contract since the sales person claimed the Hub 3 had a better wireless range although I see no difference in my old house which has thick walls. I wish I had not bothered ! I have been looking around at options to buy a modem/router. This one looks very good Netgear Model D6200 , any comments/experience. I just have standard broadband, I assume it will work OK with BT Business broadband ?
Also can anyone advise how to "force" the hub to update the firmware ? My firmware version seems to be older than the original poster of this thread - Version 4.7.5.1.83.8.82.1.1 (Type A). Under the hub settings menu I can see no obvious way to initiate a check for updated firmware ?
I have the same problem. An older version of the firmware and bugs galore!
BT admitted to me that there are known issues with Hub3 and I even got them to agree to buy me a new hub of my choice for free. I went with the Netgear hub mentioned in my earlier post and it works fine - no problems.
