I upgraded to Infinity and have a new Business Hub 3. I need to connect a Vodafone Sure Signal to this hub for mobile signal and whilst the VSS goes through the automatic connection set-up, it fails.
The VSS worked on a Sagem router on Sky broadband without issue.
VSS forum suggests router settings may need to be changed
Anyone experienced this before and know how to overcome the problem please?
Infor for anyone else trying to connect a VSS. Having reset the VSS numerous times and always resulting in fault condition, doing nothing different today the VSS connected! VSS forum had a couple of posts that suggested it might eventually sort itself out and it has done just that. No settings changed in the router, just repeated the vss set-up procedure and reset it each time it failed. Seems there is a bit of black art somewhere with getting the devices working together.
