BT Business Hub

Hi we have an HP printer that is connected wirelessy to our network and prints without a problem, but we cannot get the eprint or digital fax working, when we run the HP setup it can see the printer.  I have the printer IP but cannot connect via explorer either.  HP have tried everything and after weeks and weeks have given up on us.

Today I looked at our hub and noticed that the printers IP on the hub does not match what the printer says, the printer is 192.168........... but the router has it as 88.104..........  I can't figure out how to change the router.

Strangley I can see the printer in Nat & Address Allocation with the correct IP 192.168........

If you've got a BT Business Hub 1 or 2 (2-Wire router), and you put a device into DMZ-Plus mode - which you might have done if you are trying to make a printer Internet accessible - it is allocated the connection IP address, rather than a private IP address.

If it's not in DMZ-Plus mode, then no idea why it's getting a public-routable IP address.
