Hi Tim,

from other posts on this subject you know I'm very interested in this offer. Had a dialogue with DABS, gone through the order process side of things, (but not to point of actual purchase)

The order process takes you through and advises T&C's; strange to say the least - I must have a mobile phone to use this service and clause 14.1 puts me right off!

Addendum re my post above.  Clause 16.4 C says that if BT choose to increase charges then I can end the agreement (so why not just say in the contract that we agree to a fixed term price for 24 months)

Steve,

Yes the Ts & Cs do seem to be a little at odds with the product. I have raised this with Dabs, but you appear to have beaten me to it! They are looking into it...

Hi Tim,

they need to be quick. I won't buy with what appear to be erroneous T&C's (and am already looking elsewhere). Erroneous or not these T&C's would be considered legally binding until we mutually agreed to change them.

Tim,

this will be my last post on this subject.

Go here   and then click on the "conditions of sale" at the bottom and see another/different set of T&C's!!
