Just had my number ported to BT last thing Friday, not a good time, especially when no help availlable on weekends.
No problems with previous porting.
Text Ok, set up email OK and can make calls, the number registering is the correct ported number but no-one can call me back, just silence.
Is it divert problem? Tried input *#21# and get result "Divert always All calls Inactive"
Looked up cancel and input #21# No change, still can't receive calls.
It may be nothing to do with this but still can't receive calls on mobile number.
Also tried ringing 1571 - Nothing.
Any help would be appreciated.
A bit frustrated as my mobile number is now out of action for two days!

Sorry to hear that you've had some problems during your port.
The network was slow on Friday so may have contributed to your problem. How many connections were ported and have you tried calling the mobile helpdesk (or Oneplan if you are a Oneplan customer?).

Contacted support Monday and from lunch time it seems to be working.
