BT Connect email - Lost Details

Hi

I have a btinternet account which I am completly happy with.

However, one of the business analysis packages while quite happy to let me login with my btinternet identity requires me to access part of the site with my btconnect email.

As I have never used this I have lost all details - any suggestions.

Your Internet login should be of the format john.smith123@hg00.btclick.com and a password.     If you use john.smith123@btconnect.com and the same password you should be able to login.

 

If not - the helpdesk can reset it.

My husband and I have lost connection to our accounts: <Removed by moderator>.

 

We are based in Thames Ditton.

 

We didn't see any messages about changing to the new software package.

 

Can you please send me details of what we should do.
