I use GMail to access all of my mail accounts. Lately I have had an automated message once a day saying my BT Connect mailbox is close to full and that it will cease to function shortly. As I still have some important mail coming through on this address I need to clear my mailbox ASAP.
Here's the problem. I've forgotten the password for the BT Connect login. When I click the "forgotten password" link it takes me to a screen asking for the answer to a security question. I don't recall setting this (or if I did it was ten years ago) and I haven't the foggiest idea what it is.
Is there a way to get the security question answer sent to me or reset, or some other way of clearing the content of the BT connect mailbox? I've only got a few Mb to go before my mail on this address dries up.
