BT Domain redirect not working!

Hi - I need some help figuring this out - I'm quite a dab hand at this but this ones got me baffled.  I have recently transfered in on old domain name/URL from our previous supplier and on my Order status says successful so not waiting for anything there!

Have been into "manage your domain names" and set the redirect to our main domain name under a URL redirect.

New URL - www.ganddenterprises.co.uk should redirect through to www.ganddenterprises.org.uk but doesn't - either comes up with IE can't display page or Under construction (without www.)

Please if anyone has any ideas let me know!

Unless I'm missing something www.ganddenterprises.co.uk does not redirect to our website!

There was additional www records pointing to our hosting servers which caused the issue.

These were removed earlier, however was unable to reply to this thread.
