I have been compaining to BT about Linx Business Communications since Decemeber 2016. They sold me a broadband and unlimited UK call package for £32 a month. They have overcharged me ever since! BT now owe me £384.49 and rising. Complained through all the proper channels and still no nearer getting this resolved. How do i get Ofcom to take on a business case?
Whay is no one interested in this criminal misselling?

I am sorry you are not getting anywhere with your complaint. If you use this complaint form this will esclalate your existing complaint to the correct team dealing with it.
