I have been passed messages from people who have answered our phone and told me that BT were on the line and wanted to talk to me about our tariff.
When I started to talk to them they said that they could pass me on to a "Wholesale" tariff which would save me lots of cash.
During this discussion, which sounded good news for us, I suddenly twigged that it was not BT I was talking to but ONECOM
They have a neatly worked out speil that leads you to believe that they are actually BT.
I notice on other older posts that customers have had problems with someone called KCT and this sounds exactly the same.
Please let your customers be aware of this.
