Hi,

Could please someone direct me as how to setup port forwarding on the above HUB and lock the source IP address down for port forwarding? I want to allow two IP address to our monitoring system from outside and I cannot find anything where I could allow that?

Thanks,

Hi there,

First you need the No Nat multi IP added to your account.  This will give you 5 no nat addresses to use that you need to assign to the devices within your network.

Once you have the addresses you will be able to set up the hub 5 in the 'static IP' menu.

You will then need to set up port forwarding to pass the traffic to the devices.

Thanks

Hi gazy007,

I realise you posted this a while ago and hoping you’ve already found the answer you needed, but just in case and for other members who might have, with the Hub 5 you can get port forwarding setup guide here

As for the BT hub/router only allowing certain IP's through, they do have have this cpapability, you would need to look at replacing it with a different hub/router if you want this functionality.
