Can anyone help?
We have an Avaya BT IPoffice phone system with the main router / system box in Yorkshire with 3 extensions and an office in Worcester with 3 x IP phones (remote workers)
Everything was fine until about 3 weeks ago when we started experiencing bad connections / lagged conversations and everyone sounding like Norman Collier.
We have called BT who came out and checked everything but couldnt find a fault.
We checked the router settings here in Worcester and no changes there.
Im at my wits end. This system has cost us a fortune and it basically doesnt do what it says on the box!
Any ideas anyone?
