Hi a quick brief question I have here.
We've paid the extra £5 extra Unlimited Upgrade Option for our Infinity 40/10 package. Is this REALLY unlimited in terms of usage?
We have over 400GB of files we are storing offsite onto some cloud space. If we just start this going we won't suddenly be met by additional charges or downtime?
Kindest Regards

One of the mods can confirm it. However, I believe it is "unlimited" subject to the Fair Usage Policy.

Just be considerate - set it up to upload a block every night from say 01:00 to 06:00 and you should be fine.
I also read about it on the policy page, but not sure if it is meant for BT Infinity. Anyway, thanks for clearing that up.
Hi,
Yes, if you're on the Option 2 version of Infinity there is no extra charge for usage.
And just to confirm, the only thing the Fair Usage Policy affects now is peer to peer traffic. What MHC says, however, is sensible, as the network is going to be quietest at that time, so you should get the connection running at full pelt.
