I have just changed from xln to bt because 1 year ago plusnet stole the number and xln let them eventually after 3 weeks they got it back now bt have done the same this is a children's nursery with no phone line the business has had the number 27 years bt came out on the wrong day to change over then they came today 1 person said the contract had been canceled another said it had gone through but FORGOT to get the number!!!!thought xln was bad but not as bad as bt parents cannot contact us.
