My last bill said I made 44 calls to an 08456029558 number yet I haven't called that number. I can't find any details of whose number it is. Can anyone enlighten me?

Hi JAT,

 

I don't know who the number belongs too, but when I dialled the number I get a high pitched noise, which usually means there's some kind of equipment on it for data transfer or like a fax line - not sure if this sheds any light for you?

 

If you want to query your bill and you're a BT Business customer you can chat online with our Billing team - just have your bill handy, as they'll need to know your account number to be able to help.

 

Hope you get to the bottom of it.
