BT Line Test

Hi, 

 

My line has always been noisy(even though BT line faults say not) however my speed has dropped from 1.9MB to 1.1MB and the line is extra noisy. So Im trying to log a fault with a line tesyt.   Now evertime, and I mean EVERY time I log in and hit the BT LINE Test page (after you have entered your phone number) and it asks you for Name, email  or Mobile and type of problem, my ADSL disconnects. Its fine with all other pages but this one page kills my connection! I have done this 10 times in a row, so know its accurate.  Can anyone explain?
