I have deleted my moan because <Edited> has processed my cancellation request and raised an investigation on my behalf.
I take it back. Just received a letter from BT warning me that they were cancelling my line but it's the wrong line and they sent the letter on the day before it was being cancelled so I get the letter after the wrong line has been cancelled.
BT truly are the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. Their cancellation charges are almost worth the pleasure of being able to move to a competent provider. Nice try <Edited>, glad I didn't let you try to fix the whole thing as you said you could.
I have been waiting on a business line for 5 weeks engineers turnred up a week age did nothing and left , I have had no updates and spend most of my time on hold daily trting to find out hat is happening !!!! YOU guest it no one knows no cares , the service is shocking I am losing money daily as I have no busuiness up and running due the incompentience of BT , when they were coming to my premises I got a text saying if know one was there to let the engineer in I would be find £125.00 what compensation willI get when I have to close down my busuiness !!!!!!
Frustrated and disappiontend in this company is a unstatement !!!!
