BT PC fax accounts

hi folks, just spent the past hour on the phone with BT to see why i have been charged a monthly charge 7 times in 7 days for my BT PC fax account, and apparently noone at BT has heard of this even existing. been to live chat complaints from there i was directed to live chat broadband, sales, a complaints number that took me to sales, BT Vision complaints, inbound services, sales, inbound services and now i've given up! where can i contact to get either my bills rectified or cancel my account, i don't really fancy paying nearly £180 a month to recieve a few faxes.

The only contact information I have been able to find for BT PC Fax is the following web form, although I am not sure that they deal with billing.
