Hi, I am General Manger for Paperchase Products Limited, I have recently taken over their new distribution centre in Thrapston. I am trying to get Redcare set up through my alarm system provider but we are having trouble establishing the correct phoneline or if it is connected and I cannot seem to dail your 154 number from my office phone for some reason. There is a phone line in our plant room which has the number 01xxxxxxxx8 on it. It is near the alarm interface so I think this must be the correct line. Can you please let me know how I establish if this is the correct line and if it is connected, without having to use your 154 number. We have a BT Redcare contract which is - 01xxxxxxxx2 - this I believe is the original number we provided, but this is incorrect. ThanksMark
