I can't seem to find a helpline number to ring anywhere so here goes! My BT Paragon 500 has stopped taking messages. when people ring after several rings they hear "Hello ur call cannot be taken at the moment and you cannot leve a message so please try later"..... I have gone through the instruction booklet but can't see why this has happened? If anyone can help or give me a number so I can talk to someone who can I'd be very grateful
