Hi, I have been using BT RingCentral since November and although the system works well the biggest downfall is that I am not able to call out.
I have decided to port the numbers from BT RingCentral, here lie the problem.
I need to know what my account number is but all I keep being told by BT RingCentral is my main number is the account number.
I have been informed by my new provider that BT have said this is not the account number and to go back to BTRC.
I am going round in circles, please can someone help?
