Well where do I start !!
Had a new contract started with Bt in 2011, WHAT A MISTAKE !!
This company is useless !!
No support at all !!
We have been waiting for over a year for all office staff to have caller Id's set up to their pc's.
Two of the office phones have stopped working but no one wants to know.
Their is no CUSTOMER SUPPORT at all, but they are quick to chase payment when invoices are not paid on time.
Have spoken to to a number of people at Bt but no response.
So I would not reccomend going through Bt for any product.
