I have a BT versatility system and use a BT V8 Featurephone for handset and control.
I have the system voicemail enabled.
The primary Featurephone shows a line called 'System Voicemail Box' which, by default, appears as teh top option in the main screen when System Voicemail is active.
Pressing this button disables the voicemail.
Since this is at the top, when there are no messages, some users have accidentally pressed this and disabled the voicemail without meaning to.
I would like to remove this from the menu or move it lower in the list.
I have been unable to find the configuration to control this.
Can someone please point me in the right direction?
