I am having an issue with our Featureline callminder and have spent the best part of 4 hours in all trying unsuccessfully to get through to the Featureline help desk.
The BT website is mis-leading in that it suggests clicking on a 'Live online chat' function, however, I discovered that this does not cover Featureline queries and was given a link to this forum or told to phone number again!
There is also no callback facility for Featureline as there is with the 154 faultline.
I am sure that my query isn't all that complicated but sorting out office phone issues is my responsibility and I'm not able to ignore it. It is very frustrating! What do I do?
