Could anyone just tell me how to stop individual extensions from ringing.  After having a new motherboard installed last week, they have all started ringing again.  Thanks

If you have installed a new motherboard then the whole system will of been brought back to default factory settings. The engineer who installed this should of confirmed with you how you wanted the system programming as you would in a new install case.

You need to get the engineer back and get him to re programme the ring groups.
