Featureline Problem

Hi all,
My father ran a small business from home with several (BT) lines but unfortunately he died late last year.
I have closed one of the line, and switched a second one to TalkTalk (suits my mother's needs) with no problem at all.
However, when I try to swith the third and final line, TalkTalk say that it cannot yet be done due to "Featureline" being installed. I presume this is correct as you have to dial 9 for an outside line etc.
Does anyone have any ideas or shortcuts how to get Featureline removed so that the line reverts to just being "normal" enabling me to switch providers?
After long hold my first call to BT did not seems to get anywhere as they did not seem to understand what I was after!

You would need to speak with the telephony team on 0800 800 152. Who would be able to arrange this with you.
