I have switched on the system voicemail, set it to answer on Line 1 and Line 2 after 10 seconds but it does not answer? We have the 4 port voice mail and are on firmware v.902.

I would rather resolve this myself, I kind of don't this I could justify a contract just to set up an answer phone...
Got it working, but does anyone know if the courtesy answer works as well as the system voice mail or is it one or the other?
