Hello,
I had a recondiitioned Versatility phone system installed 3 months ago and had to call an engineer out last week as an extension started to show a constant busy signal.
His conclusion was that there must have been a lightening strike and this particular extension was and always will be suseptable to lightening strike interferance. Incidentally the warrenty I have on the Versatility unit doesn't cover lightening strikes.
This seems very unlikely to me but I'm no engineer.
I would really appreciate anyones informed opinion on this.
