Hi I am trying to support a 4 x 16 unit, there is no remote connectivity to it either.
there are 3 PSTN lines going into the box, two out of the three were not working last Friday, I have asked the users on site to first press the reset button, this brought one of the two lines into service again.
I then ask them to take out the two PSTN modules and then press the reset again, I still have two out of the three lines still. The users can here the call come in as it clicks as the call comes in but no ringing on any phones.
Could this be a faulty PSTN module or something else?
I have to spare modules, if these are swapped out and it still does not work, what then?
