BT business broadband account - online billing lost

My Bt business broadband account has lost the online billing. Nothing happens when I try to add an account to get it back. What has happened?

Good question that I note nobody has answered!  I can't even get the system to allow me to set up online billing, just get the usual BT round in circles taking ages then at the end telling me I don't have an account.  Maybe if that is the case I should just stop paying???
