Hi, until recently I was a BT employee and had a UK connect teleworker email address that I could set up alias email addresses on for myself and my wife for home use.
Since leaving BT I cannot log onto any of these now and they seem to have stopped. I did not receive any notice that these would stop and would have liked to have had the chance to forward some old emails if I had known this was going to happen earlier.
Will my email addresses have been cancelled now and if so is there a way to get them re-activated?

The E-mail address will be kept on the System i belive for at least a year (might be in a deleted state)
If you contact the Technical Helpdesk then you will be able to reactivate the mailboxes and Then you will be able to log in and use for a period of time,

I have worked in the same field, but different company. I am not sure with BT as each company has different set of rules. I hope you will get everything you need.
