Ordered an esaver basic account package, and I'm being charged for the top one. Of course this has been sent to me via paper bill, which I shouldn't have. I am being charged for not setting up DD which I did. I am being charged seperately for line rental when I quite obviously ordered this as a package.
Just awful awful service as you call the number on the bill and then by automated mssg they tell you to hang up and redial 0330 1230102, which they tell you that fast and I didn't have a pen so had to redial and go through all the nonsense again just to get the number.
I am then told that I would have to speak to the sales team............................. who don't work at the weekend.
Could this Mickey Mouse outfit get any worse? I was advised not to go with BT but thought it was a good offer at the time, now the whole process has turned into a nightmare, sick to death of phoning them and I haven't even mentioned on here about the **bleep** up in originally connecting me etc etc.
So BT what are you going to do about this? How will you compensate me? Because trust me if you don't I am willing to take you "Big Boys" on and win for all of us small biz owners who work our backsides off to earn money. Our time is precious but it will be worth taking you on unless we can sort this out.
Fuming? No! I'm angrier than that.
