What is the point of spending time giving contact details to the so called technical help at BT if they then insist on trying to contact me on another number.
Is it difficult to follow the agreement that they gave at the initial contact?

I am really sorry that you are experiencing problems with your Broadband and trying to get support. Can you confirm if you are a business customer, as from your sign up details you look to be with BT Residential. If you are a business customer please private mail me your BT Business Broadband details and I can have a look at your case logged with the business team.
If you are a residential customer you would be better posting on the residential forum or contacting the residential support team.
