BT local business Guildford

I need to move my telephone lines and am in the unfortunate position of having to deal with BT Local Business

in Guildford.

 

There is just no response. I sent a email outlining what I needed and nothing comes back. No telephone calls are returned, no one else will take the call and no manager is ever available.

 

This is the 3rd time I have had to use them in the past year and it never gets any better. It might mean a call to Ian Goldmann the MD of BT Local Business to get anything done. As I have said before unless it is a easy sale they don't want to know - anything remotely complex and they don't want to know.

 

Terrible way to run a business. Does anyone know the name of Guildford office (Dialcom) director?
