Why are BT charging for sport on business broadband when they have billboards all over London offering it for free?

Maybe it's to dissuade people from watching football on their computers when they are supposed to be working hard?

BSkyB is set to introduce a price cuts to its broadband packages in a bid to offset the competition from the introduction of free-to-view . War-of-words between Sky and BT escalates over sports coverage .

The wording is all in the small print - a lot of it is down to business lines including pubs and clubs, who show sports to draw customers to their premises. It's dictated by licensing regulations and Ofcom.
