I have just had three attempts to pay my business phone account. As I dont have the account number with me I got connected to Phillipino call centres and as I refuse to talk to overseas call centres I get cut off when I requested to be connected to the UK. This is why BT quality of service stinks . Wake up BT and smell the coffeee your service is rotten to the core.
There are billing call centres located in the Phillipines and their friendly staff will be glad to assist you - you can also use the automated billing call line or manage your bills online on this very website, if you prefer. The overseas teams do not have the ability to transfer to a billing team located in the UK.
