Hello

I am not sure if I have posted this in the right section.

I have put the BTFone app on my I.Phone and every time I put my btconnect e-mail address and password in, it keeps saying wrong e-mail address or pass word. Can any one give me some advice on how to get it working on my phone please.

Hi

BT FON is an initiative between BT Residential and FON that aims to give all its members access to wireless broadband where ever they are in the world. This is possible because all BT Total Broadband customers who've opted in agree to securely share, with other members who're in range of their signal, a portion of their Wi-Fi bandwidth through a separate channel on their Hub.

As a Business customer, BT Business have teamed up with BTOpenzone to supply openzone minutes with certain packages, such as the Advanced Business Broadband package. When you sign up or re-sign for a contract, you can request an openzone voucher to create an openzone account. When you have this, you will be able to utilize both Openzone and BTFon hotspots to connect your IPhone.

If you prefer not to resign a new contract with BT Business, you can always purchase openzone minutes every month.

I hope this helps

Kind Regards

Fiona

Hi

Do not use your email and password use your acc details for openzone in place of email and your openzone password for password. Hope it works for you as the new app (2.3) is crap the old app was a cracker somebody somewhere needs the sack!
