For anyone having issues with BTOC and being unable to login, here is the solution:
An update needs to be downloaded for windows, this applies to all versions and updates the root certificate.

I registered just to be able to say Thank You.
I spent 2 weeks on the phone to BT last month without them even being able to replicate this issue, let alone fix it.
I ended up re-installing to fix it on a number of machines, but at least I know I don't have to do that to fix it again!
