Basket, confirmation email

Hi, I am new to this and am looking to starting creating my business website.  I have read the startup guide but it does not mention anything about setting up a basket to take orders via the web and how confirmation emails are setup for customers, can anyone provide a step by step guide, any advice would be great.

As with all of the self serve applications that BT offers there are very informative Help Manuals included in each and every application. This guide will become available to you after installing the shopping cart. I hope that you can find the information that you are looking for in this guide.
