Despite several calls and a lot of my time, I am still being persued by BT and a debt recovery agency for two numbers that I have never heard of and do not belong to my business.
I've been told it's been passed to "The Back Office" however I've had no resolution yet.
Very distressing.
I worry that this is going to go against any future credit rating too.

you don't say which BT department you are talking to. You seem to be at a stage where this may prove useful:
If you’re a business customer and ........ If your complaint is about a bill, call us on 0845 600 6156 between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday or 8am and 1pm on Saturdays.
If you can't get through on the 0845 number then try 0870 240 5566 or 0800 800156 as these appear to be BT billing phone numbers as well

As Serephsailor has said, you can contact Billing to check what is happening. If it is a Business account, if you private mail me the account information i can check that Billing Back Office have this.

Thank you - I have already spoken to about 4 teams including business billing. I've now faxed and posted all copies of the correspondance.
They say they have closed one account but have sent me the final bill, and then a debt collection letter to retrieve it 😄
Hopefully Fiona (in the next reply to my post) can help. I've PM'd her the account details.
