I have a BT Mobile Blackberry Bold 9700 and some time ago (months) the push notifications for my Facebook application just stopped working.
I've re-installed the application and even upgraded the Blackberry software and still the problem persists. I've checked, checked and re-check the settings on the Facebook application and also on my facebook web account, but no luck.
I've also ensured that I have the correct BT APN details configured on my phone settings.
The one thing which makes me 99% sure it's a problem with my SIM/BT Mobile account is that when I travel to the USA (frequently) and use an AT&T SIM in my phone - the facebook app works perfectly, push notifications and all. As soon as I land back in the UK and pop my BT Mobile SIM into the phone - gone, no more notifications.
Is there anything which could be blocking the push notifications? I'm having no similar problems with email, that part all works fine.
Any one who can help!?
