Blackberry app word

I downloaded blackberry app word 1.0.0.30 and everytime I try to enter I receive: Upgrade your service to a plan that includes browsing and discover a world of possibilities"

But my service already supports browsing otherwise i wouldnt have been able to go to google via my mobile network.

If i enable wireless mode and try to enter app world through my normal internet connection i receive this message: "You do not have sufficient wireless coeverage or your connection to the wireless network is turned off."

Neither of those is true.


What is wrong? How can we fix this?

I called BT and they said everything is ok from their side. I've got 2 blackberries one with bt and one with organce. I put my bt card onto the orange network and blackberry app works fine. With BT it doesn't therefore something is clearly wrong with my data plan. Can someone from bt help?
