Can anyone tell me how to increase the number of rings on my BT Blackberry?
It is driving me nuts as you get about 5 seconds to pickup.

Hi
I may help to look at the help & support site. They say that if the voicemail diverts early there are two options available. Cancel it, or, Enter the **61*1571*11*30# into the mobile and press the green button. If this fails, repeat the above but change 11 to 10.
I hope this helps
Thanks

Hi Ken
I'm not sure that is changeable - it is the carrier not the BB. What I do is set it to vibe+tone that way you can get 2 vibes followed by the 3 rings - a small improvement. It may be possible that BT can set a ring time extension - have seen other carriers support that.
