I regularly (two or three times a year!) send emails to a small group of people (our junior football teams parents) and recently I have sent two meesages to 19 recipients (5 of which are BT accounts) so a total of 10 emails in two weeks, from an email address assign in my domain (www.thipfamilies.org.uk).
The remaining emails (not to BT servers) all got through ok.
BT has seen fit to identify these emails as bulk email!
The bounce report suggested adding an SPF to my domain - done
result is - no change all emails from me to any bt email address is bounced.
So next step is contact bt (postmaster@btinternet.com) - surprise suprise email bounced
so try again using a gmail account - no reply
so here I am in BT forum trying to get some solution.
Any recommendations (other that getting our groups bt customers to use none BT email address!)
