I work for a company who are due to relocate to a large business park in Dartford, Kent from the Tower Hill area of London and we are struggling to find an adequate broadband supply at our new premises. We have been advised by BT that the best way to go is BTNET Lease Line and the orders were drawn up for this as well as other pstn lines and 8 channels of ISDN30. It now transpires that there is no room in the Dartford exchange, there are problems in the area and I am aware of another company having had a 2mb lease line on order since August 2010, with no installation date in sight.
How can a product be offered - with the necessary checks apparently run between departments - and then the customer be told that "sorry, that product is not available." I've looked at the BT Infinity option, even though that appears to be aimed at the home market, so I would be grateful if anyone has some suggestions.
